This Privacy Policy entails and frames out the collection, uses, verification and compilation of data by Datnex. This is to market Datnex products and services as well as to fulfil the client’s data requirements. The policy is applicable for mailing address, email address, phone numbers as well as online channels/website including visitors to Datnex website. However, the policy does not cover/apply to practices/actions of 3rd parties. As a marketing firm, Datnex provides marketing/advertising services to clients in order to help them reach out to their target markets which are either individuals or businesses.

Datnex does not collect, store or use sensitive information such as social security numbers, EIN numbers, credit card numbers, banking information or biometric data. We implement enterprise data security assessments and policies to ensure data security and meet our customers’ security standards and requirements. Datnex only collects business-related information. We do not work with user data. The business information collected is very important for our business customers to make important decisions and improve their marketing strategies to pursue new prospects. The World Database contains information that may be classified as “Personal Information” under various regulations. For example, information about individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, company directors, CEOs, owners, trustees, or professional executives. Datnex Data Privacy Policy

Datnex offers its clients a wide range of data-driven marketing services for precise audience targeting. This includes business contact information, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, demographics, analytics and intent, technology data, and special criteria, which may include PII (Personally Identifiable Information). This includes data collected from a variety of sources such as publicly available sources, our data collection teams, researchers and compilers, as well as the specialized artificial intelligence tools we use to collect available data and our data verification procedures. The data we provide to our customers and partners includes name, title, email address, telephone number, physical business address, website, industry, SIC code, income, number of employees and technical data. In most cases this serves to clean up and improve our customer’s internal data. Transaction data including credit card information and banking information is not collected, shared, stored, stored or processed by Datnex.

Purpose of Data Collection:
